I have spent 15 years studying the body— through EFT, Qi Gong, New German Medicine, Breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), somatic healing, and the ancient wisdom of the Hebrew covenant. I have spent the last several years returning to the land — to 12 acres in the Chama Valley where I raise goats, tend bees, wildcraft herbs, and make every wellness product you find in this portal by hand.
