Sacred Return Tea Edition – a soothing and protective lung tonic tea, blended by hand at Manna Valley Holistic Farm in Chama, New Mexico. Rooted in traditional herbal wisdom, Breathe brings together soft mullein leaf, sacred tulsi, bright rose hips and warming ginger, cinnamon and licorice root – herbs traditionally used to support healthy lungs and easy, open breathing.

Ingredients: Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Tulsi – Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Rose hips (Rosa canina), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

Net weight: 4 oz (113 g) loose-leaf tea in a reusable glass jar – a 28-day supply at one cup a day.

Suggested use: Add 2 teaspoons (4 g) per cup of hot water. Steep for 10–15 minutes, covered. Strain well through a fine strainer – mullein has soft, fine hairs – then sip and breathe with ease.

Breath exercise: Inhale slowly through your nose for four counts, hold for four, then exhale through your mouth for eight – and let go of what your chest has been keeping.

Caution: Contains licorice root – not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions, or who take blood pressure, diuretic or heart medication.
