Sacred Peace Anointing Oil

Sandalwood, Copaiba & Bergamot

For the Nervous System That Has Forgotten What Safe Feels Like

Shalom is not the absence of conflict. In Hebrew, shalom is completeness — the state of being whole, intact, at one with what is. It is peace not as quiet but as integration. The kind of peace that can be present even in the middle of difficulty because it lives in the body, not in the circumstances.

This sacred peace anointing oil was formulated for the nervous system that has been in survival mode for so long it no longer recognizes rest when it arrives. Sandalwood, copaiba balsam, and bergamot — hand-blended in golden jojoba at Manna Valley Holistic Farm, Chama, New Mexico. An invitation to the body: you can rest now. It is safe to put it down. You are whole.

The Ethiopian Sacred Oil Tradition

In the Ethiopian biblical tradition sandalwood and sacred resins have been used in anointing, prayer, and healing practices for over two millennia. This sacred peace oil draws from that lineage — using high-frequency botanical compounds that multiple ancient traditions recognized as belonging to the inner sanctuary. The place of deepest rest. The Holy of Holies within the body itself.

What Is In This Peace Anointing Oil

Ingredient Biblical Role What It Does In The Body
Golden Jojoba Oil Carrier base Skin-identical. Absorbs completely. Carries the oils into the skin without residue.

How to Use Your Peace Anointing Oil

  • This oil is for the nervous system that has been running on alert for so long it has forgotten what safe feels like — not as a concept, but as a sensation in the body.
  • You do not have to be in crisis to use this oil. You do not have to be falling apart. You can use it on an ordinary morning when everything is technically fine and your body still will not settle. That is enough reason. That is the whole reason.
  • Place 2 to 3 drops on the pad of your index finger. More than the others — this one is allowed to be generous.
  • Anoint the center of your chest — over your heart and your thymus gland, the seat of the immune system and the place where grief lives before it has found language. Press your palm flat against your sternum for a moment after. Feel the warmth.
  • Anoint the base of your skull — where the brainstem meets the spine, where the vagus nerve surfaces close enough to the skin to be reached. This is the physical location of the body's parasympathetic switch. You are anointing the place where the body decides: safe or not safe.
  • Anoint your inner ankles — the kidney meridian point in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the seat of deep rest and the reserve that gets depleted first in prolonged stress and restored last without help.
  • Now stop.
  • Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose for four slow counts. Hold for four. Release through your mouth for eight. Do this three times. Let the sandalwood meet your exhale. Let the copaiba do what your supplement drawer has been trying to do. Let the bergamot open one small window.
  • Receiving is the practice. You do not have to do anything else.

The Somatic Science of Peace

Copaiba balsam contains the highest concentration of beta-caryophyllene of any known plant compound. Beta-caryophyllene is a selective agonist of the CB2 endocannabinoid receptor — meaning it directly activates the body's own built-in regulation system, producing a measurable reduction in physiological stress response without psychoactivity. This is not wellness marketing language. It is peer-reviewed biochemistry. The body has a system designed specifically to return it to homeostasis. Copaiba activates that system. Sandalwood supports parasympathetic tone. Bergamot reduces cortisol. Together they form the most scientifically substantiated nervous system support combination in this entire product line.

Safety & Care

Bergamot is photo-sensitive — avoid direct sun exposure on application areas for 12 hours. Safe for adult skin. Not for use around eyes or on broken skin. Store away from direct sunlight.
